* Cancellations: Fees paid are refundable for cancellations, with 25% penalty up until Feb. 15th 2009. 50% penalty for cancellations made Feb. 16- April 1,2009. After April 1, 2009 no refunds are possible but 50% credit will be given toward future conferences.
